iCracked will repair for a fee any malfunction/damage that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Equipment for which the manufacturer's warranty period (one year) has ended.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by dropping or submerging in water that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If this film is damaged or peels off, it can be reapplied as "Other parts replacement: 14,080 yen. Since special equipment is required to replace the film, please apply for repair by Repair by Mail".
  • ※ The price includes parts and labor, so there are no additional charges other than those listed. However, the repair fee may change from the quoted price if a new faulty part is found as a result of the internal inspection. In addition, if it is found that the repair cannot be performed due to board damage, etc., no repair fee will be charged, but an inspection fee of 3,300 yen will be charged.
  • ※ If the customer chooses not to have the equipment repaired due to the estimated cost or other reasons, the customer will not be charged for the repair but will be charged 3,300 yen as an inspection fee.
  • ※ Parts removed during the replacement of parts due to repair cannot be returned. Please understand this in advance.

Repair Process

  2. Pre-function CheckiTech will check the operation of all the features on your device along with you.
  3. EstimationBased on the results of the pre-function check, we will present you with an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the device.
  4. Internal Inspection and RepairAfter performing an internal inspection of the smartphone, the defective/faulty component will be replaced.
  5. Functionality CheckWe will confirm the proper functioning of all the features after repair.
  6. Report and PaymentA repair report will be provided at the time of payment.
